Control of the fully automated warehouse by SAP TRM

The Automotive supplier FAURECIA Emissions Control Technologies has introduced SALT Solutions‘ SAP Task Resource Management (TRM) in its facility in Augsburg. FAURECIA is a leading global automotive supplier in Germany and produces exhaust systems, consoles, seats and other fittings for cars and trucks.
In Augsburg, the company operates a three-aisle automated high-rack warehouse provided by Dambach. SALT Solutions replaced the existing conveyance system with SAP TRM. TRM links SAP WM directly to the subordinated warehouse control system (Siemens PLC).
SALT Solutions already convinced with the implementation of the   SAP-based dialog software for hand-held terminals in Hungary and the United States.
Since the completion of the project, FAURECIA Emissions Control Technologies‘ IT systems are maintained and further developed  by the certified  SALT Solutions support team.
