Function Principles of Advanced Voice

How the „Advanced Voice“ works in combination with SAP:

1. A task from the warehouse management system is sent to the portable terminal by WLAN.
2. The voice terminal converts the data into audible commands.
3. The user confirms the execution by a voice input.
4. Confirmations are converted into data and passed to the host system.

The solution is based on the standard SAP modules Java Stack, ITS mobileand SAP Netweaver and is fully integrated into SAP. All EWM and WM standard transactions are supported; customized voice dialogues are possible.
