During the course of the project, which generally takes about six months and can take as much as 24, it is decided whether a new customer finds the cooperation effective and pleasant. Qualitatively perfect work results, delivered on time and within budget.. The extra is decisive: cooperative thinking beyond the borders of single projects, flexible engagement with the changing requirements of the customer, and the initiative enabling the reaction to unforeseen situations.
They must master their craft with regard to both expertise and method and simultaneously be a contact partner who is able to communicate with the specialist from the customer’s side - the dealer, the logistics expert, or the production expert. This allows us to minimize the information losses between conception and realization so that our project profitability is superior to any offshore/nearshore approach.

We take care of it not only means scrupulous fulfillment of the "specifications", today named "SLA", but rather to apply rational consideration to the question of what measures are appropriate for the situation. And these measures will be applied!
This attitude is also clearly perceived by our customerswhich makes us very happy , and lets us continue living up to this motto with full commitment.
