Technology

Solution Technology:

Using a prepared ETL process, relevant information, such as POS, customer or socio-demographic data, is extracted from the primary systems (enterprise resource planning, merchandise management system, external data sources), transformed and loaded into the retail CRM. Presentation and analysis of the information is based on Microsoft OLAP technology. From there, specific information, such as addresses for a determined target group, can be exported in different data formats (e.g. XML or CSV) and made available for example for further processing in the context of campaign management.
